For Australian trade businesses

The quote is the job.
Win it properly.

Quoting, job management, and a proposal that makes the other three quotes look like price lists. Built around how Australian trades actually price work, not how software thinks they do.

We onboard a small number of trade businesses each quarter, because every one is set up by hand against their own rates.

Every trade runs on its own price book. Yours is built from your invoices.

What it does

Four things, done properly.

01

Quoting that does the maths

Put in a length and a width. Thickness, concrete grade, mesh, finish, base, pump and access come from your own price book, and waste, laps and bulking sit in the formulas rather than in somebody's head. Margin updates as you spec it, so you know what you are making before you send it, not after.

02

A proposal, not a price list

Why you, in your own words. Photos of jobs like theirs. Your reviews and how many. Questions worth asking every quote they get, phrased so an honest answer from a cheaper mob shows the gap. Then, and only then, the price.

And when they open it a second time, you get told to ring them. A re-read is the strongest buying signal there is, and nothing else tells you it happened.

03

Jobs that run themselves

Accepted quotes become jobs with the quoted lines as their budget, so margin is measured against what you actually quoted. Stages, checklists, site notes, photos, variations signed on the phone before the work is done.

04

The customer hears from you without you

A reply inside a minute. A follow-up ladder that stops the moment they answer. Cure instructions the day they matter, and the message three days later that says you can drive on it now. A review asked for the morning after, once, then never again.

How it works

Set up for you, against your numbers.

  1. You apply. We look at the trade, the size of the team and how you quote now.
  2. We build your price book. Your real costs and your real margins, from your own invoices. Not an industry average.
  3. We write your proposal. Your warranty, your process, your differences, in your words, approved by you before a customer sees a line of it.
  4. Your crew get it on their phones. One QR code each. No app store, no passwords.

This is why there is an application rather than a sign-up button. Nobody is going to get value from a trade-specific quoting tool that was set up by somebody who has never seen their invoices.
